The short version

We collect what you type into our forms so we can reply to you. We do not sell it, we do not track you around the internet, and this website sets no cookies of its own.

What we collect

When you request a build slot we receive the information you enter: your name, your farm or business, your role, your email address, your telephone number, your state or province, the type of operation you run, roughly how many acres you spray, what you would be applying, and anything you add in the notes.

When you enquire about a dealership we receive your business name and type, your country and the territory you would cover, your name, role, email address and telephone number, the lines you currently carry, and how you handle service.

We do not ask for payment information anywhere on this website. No part of this site collects card, bank or account details.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, to work out whether the U9 suits the work you actually do, to arrange a build configuration and a delivery slot, and to keep you informed about your order.

We use it for those purposes and no others. If we ever wanted to use it for something else, we would ask you first.

Your consent

Submitting a form is how you consent to us holding and using your information for the purposes above. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us, subject to any legal or contractual obligations we still have — for example, records connected to an order you have placed.

Who else sees it

Our website is hosted by Netlify, and form submissions are processed and stored on their systems before being forwarded to us by email. They act on our instructions and do not use your information for their own purposes.

We do not sell your personal information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Where it is stored

Our hosting provider is based in the United States, so information you send through this website is stored on servers outside Canada. While it is there it is subject to the laws of that country, which means it could in principle be accessed by foreign courts, law enforcement or government authorities under those laws.

We tell you this because you are entitled to know before you send us anything. If you would rather not have your information handled that way, contact us directly by telephone or email instead of using the forms.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies of its own. We do not run analytics, we do not use advertising or tracking pixels, and we do not build a profile of your visit.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which record things like IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to identify individual visitors.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry and to maintain a record of our dealings with you. Where an enquiry does not lead anywhere, we remove it once it is clear there is nothing further to discuss.

How we protect it

This website is served over an encrypted connection, and information you submit is encrypted in transit. Access to submissions is limited to the people at Forward Robotics who need it to do their job.

No system is perfect, and we would not tell you otherwise. If something goes wrong in a way that puts your information at real risk, we will tell you.

Seeing and correcting your information

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will deal with it. We may need to confirm who you are before we act.

Questions or complaints

If you have a question about this policy, or you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, contact us and we will work through it with you.

If you are still not satisfied, you have the right to raise it with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top of it.
